Parade of Homes

The Iowa City Area Parade of Homes is a must-see event. As the area's premier new home showcase, it spotlights 36 new homes this year. Don't miss your chance to see the latest in architectural and design trends, while also checking out the quality craftsmanship of our area's top builders.

One of the great strengths of the event is that it features a variety of home styles at a variety of price points, so that every family can find the home of their dreams. In addition, Parade homes are located in neighborhoods throughout the Iowa City/Coralville area as well as several outlying towns, inviting you to tour newer developments as well as more established neighborhoods.

Remodelers Parade

For the third year in a row, the Remodelers Parade will be held in conjunction with the Iowa City Area Parade of Homes. Six local homeowners will open the doors to their homes, allowing you to see for yourself how a renovation project can truly transform your home. Several high-end kitchen renovations will be featured as well as two breathtaking whole house remodels.

The Remodelers Parade provides a unique opportunity to tour these remodeled homes, get ideas on how you can improve your own home, and talk to the area’s top remodelers to find out more about how to make your remodeling project a reality.
