Our clients have lived in this Moffit built home for some time, and love both it and the neighborhood. They were looking to update and expand the kitchen and add a ground floor bathroom and mudroom. Given their garden and lot constraints, the best option was to add space by finishing their undersized single car garage and back porch. The result is a lovely, expanded kitchen with a seated bar area, a small but functional mudroom with future laundry hookups, and a beautiful full bathroom on the main floor.
